OneMorePay is a B2B marketplace connecting payment service providers (PSPs) with merchants operating in high-risk verticals. The platform is operated in partnership with NovacConnect.
By accessing or using OneMorePay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must be a registered business entity to use OneMorePay. By creating an account, you represent that:
OneMorePay provides a discovery and lead-generation layer between PSPs and merchants. Specifically:
OneMorePay does not process payments, hold funds, or act as an intermediary in financial transactions.
Trust Score is exclusively an internal informational metric of the OneMorePay platform, formed automatically and based on subjective criteria and the sole discretion of the platform. The Trust Score methodology is proprietary and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Trust Score does not constitute and shall not be interpreted as: a professional assessment, creditworthiness rating, conclusion on business reputation, certification of reliability, or a recommendation of any kind. The platform does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Trust Score and accepts no liability — direct or indirect — for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use or interpretation of Trust Score by any party.
OneMorePay reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or reset Trust Scores at its sole discretion, including as a result of merchant feedback, compliance review, or platform policy changes. Such adjustments are final and are not subject to appeal unless otherwise decided by OneMorePay at its sole discretion.
By registering on the platform, all users explicitly acknowledge and accept the above terms regarding Trust Score.

PSP access is free for the first 30 days. Continued access is subject to subscription fees as communicated by the OneMorePay team. Pricing may be updated with 30 days notice. Merchant access is free.
Your use of OneMorePay is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.
All content, design, and technology on OneMorePay is the property of OneMorePay and NovacConnect. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
OneMorePay is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that introductions will result in commercial agreements, that PSP offers are accurate at any given time, or that the platform will be available without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneMorePay and NovacConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
