OneMorePay is a B2B marketplace for payment solutions, operated in partnership with NovacConnect. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our platform at onemorepay.me.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

Other platform users: Your company name, offer details, and verification status are visible to other verified users as part of the marketplace
NovacConnect: Our operational partner who assists with KYB and onboarding coordination
Service providers: Supabase (database infrastructure), Anthropic (AI features), Telegram (notifications)

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement access controls to limit who can view sensitive data. Verification codes are time-limited and single-use.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain anonymized aggregate data for analytics. Verification codes are deleted after use or expiry.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Object to processing of your data

8. Cookies

OneMorePay uses browser localStorage to remember your session and preferences (such as language settings). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

9. Telegram Integration

When you connect your Telegram account for notifications, we store your Telegram chat ID in association with your platform account. This is used solely to send you verification codes and platform notifications. We do not access your Telegram message history.

10. AI Features

Some platform features use AI services (Anthropic Claude) to parse offer data and generate market analysis. Offer data submitted for AI processing is used only to generate the requested output and is not used to train AI models.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via platform notification or Telegram.
